The OW2 consortium awarded four open source solutions, including Talend Open Studio and XWiki.
OW2 consortium, which works to promote the development of open source middleware and application platforms, announced the results of OW2con'13 Best Project Awards.
The results of the contest are as follow:
- The Extract-Transform-Load tool (ETL) Talend Open Studio won the "Market Award"
- The wiki engine XWiki won the “Technology Council Special Prize”
- Nanoko,the web application development framework and Javascript SOA, won the "Innovation Award"
- The open PHP PaaS Solution for emerging countries and new markets, Emerginov, won the “community award”.
